It's a neighborhood where you don't have to lock your doors. Tenants have usage of private lake, three ponds (used to be a catfish farm), with a beautiful one-mile walkway around the property. It's like being on vacation all the time. This is one of Tennessee's most beautiful properties. The pictures do not do it justice. Those who rent here have a number of areas they can enjoy, from our 1 mile road and trail around our property to our lake and ponds that provide some of the finest fishing in Tennessee. There is even a pasture and barn that can be rented for horses. If you have been wanting to leave behind the rush and the crime for country living, this may be a place for you.
