This is one of 17 individual houses we built in Bayside Park, 3 miles north of Silver Slipper on the Coast, 20 minutes East of Slidell. All houses have 3-bedrooms, 2-full bathrooms, full appliances, with washer and dryer conveniently located off kitchen. All houses have central air and off-street parking, some with privacy fenced back yards. There is a $25 per adult Application fee for credit and back ground checks, which will be emailed to applicants for review of possible errors. This application fee is applied towards the Security Deposit if application is approved. Call Jessie Cantrelle to arrange a showing, 228-342-1851 Call Roger to discuss lease questions, 248-787-1777. 3 month and six month leases renewed no charge before the last month of lease. This reduces tenant financial risk if they must leave early.
