PRICE ADVERTISED IS TOTAL MONTHLY PRICE: Total Monthly Price Includes Rent and Professional Services and Support Fee Available for 1 year lease! This gorgeous home spans roughly 2,000 Sq. Ft. and includes 4 well appointed bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The majority of the common spaces and all 4 bedrooms are fitted with beautiful hard wood floors. Each bedrooms also contains ample storage space. There are 2 living room areas, one with hard wood and the other with carpet, that are perfect for entertaining or lounging. Each living room is equipped with a fireplace, 1 wood burning and the other gas. The kitchen is complemented by a full area of stainless steel appliances including a fridge, gas burning range, and dishwasher. There is also an additional wet bar. The large yard is well manicured and includes a sun porch. There is also a 2 car garage. The home is cooled by central A/C and there is a washing machine and dryer in the home. This property has been well cared for and is located on just minutes away from shopping and dining. It is close to the Highlands and only a 10 minute commute to downtown Denver.
