Walking and biking are reported pleasures of the location and off street parking is provided. Family owned and managed with every effort to maintain it for the comfort and safety of tenants. As is common with many apartment buildings the walls and floors between units are not soundproof so a quiet lifestyle in consideration of neighbors is asked. We installed cameras on the exterior of the building for added security, although it is generally a safe area. The laundry room is shared with a washer and dryer. Connexion and Comcast are both internet providers. Beautiful newer windows allow energy savings with abundant natural light. The units are clean and ready for move-in.
