Large 2 bedroom apartment. Bottom floor has large open living room, and kitchen. Top floor has two bedrooms and a small office. Brick wall, original wooden floors and fireplace (not functional, but nice !). Claw foot bathtub in the bathroom. Kitchen is large, very bright and has good storage. Washer is in kitchen (belongs to tenant, but willing to sell for a very reasonable price). Front yard is shared with one neighbour. Parking included. Utilities run about 100$ a month (owner pays for heat). This is a lease assignment until September. You can renew on Sept 1st for a year. The place is between Bay and Ordnance on Rideau, 2 minutes away from downtown (by foot), 5 minutes from CFB Kingston (by car), 2 minutes from waterfront park (by foot). Excellent location. Dogs and Cats ok. Please email for more information / viewing. Serious inquiries only. Available May 1st. First and last required on signing of lease.
