The co-op consists of two adjacent heritage homes that are currently home to a diverse community of 20 students, professionals and retirees. Located in New Westminster; a 10 minute walk away from Columbia and New West Skytrain stations. Rent includes utilities, food (including 5 team-made banquet-sized dinners each week), laundry facilities, bike storage, garden space etc. High speed wi-fi internet and phone lines in all bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared, most bedrooms have a sink. Rent begins at $550/month and increases based on the size of the room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
