The kitchen area has plenty of counter and cupboard space. There is a 1/2 bath located downstairs. The private sun room and fenced in back yard provide a very relaxing outdoor experience. The master suite sports a large walk-in closet, dual vanity, large walk in shower, 2nd closet, and small linen closet. This is a non-smoking home, dogs are negotiable (65 lb limit), all adults must be approved with an on-line applications prior to lease being presented. Home is available as of 6/8/2026
