Property Id: 2371096 Hi! I’m a 43-year-old homeowner renting out the basement in my 5-bedroom house, and I’m looking for a responsible tenant. The basement has two rooms and 1 bathroom—you can choose which one you’d like to stay in. Built in 2018, the basement is 1,734 sq ft, fully furnished, and has its own walkout door. The main entrance to the basement is next to the garage, providing easy access. You’ll have full privacy in the basement, which includes fast fiber internet, all utilities, a large-screen TV, microwave, tabletop oven, portable electric stove, and fridge, as well as shared laundry upstairs (also next to the garage). You’ll also have one garage parking space and street parking, and if there’s anything else you need, I’ll do my best to accommodate. Rent is negotiable depending on the length of stay, and there are no strict lease requirements—you can stay as long as you’d like. I live alone upstairs so its usually very quiet, and you’ll have the basement completely to yourself. I may allow more than one person, depending on the circumstances. The house is located in the Shadow Creek community of Waukee, just a one-minute drive from Hy‑Vee, Target, and plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s a great fit for anyone looking for a comfortable home with privacy and convenience. I’d be happy to answer any questions if you’re interested—don’t miss this opportunity!
