Tenant pays Gas, Electricity, water, sewer, trash, and any cable/internet. Security Deposit due at lease signing. $18 monthly fee added to all leases for Management Services and Tenant Benefit Package. Requirements: Good credit history, 650 or higher credit score, household income at least 200% the annual rent, good landlord references or current home owner, ability to pass a criminal background check.
