A short and fun less than 3-5 minute drive along the golf course will take you to the beach and a second oceanfront Olympic size pool for exclusive use of Villa Owners and Guests. No Lifeguards at Resident/Owner Pools. Relax in this luxurious Mediterranean style villa, and enjoy ALL the amenities you are used to at home. The house-villa has high ceilings, 2 full bedrooms (family room has a Queen Size pull-out couch), and 2 full bathrooms each with tub and shower. An additional half bath connects to the living room so guests never have to pass through bedrooms for lavatory use!
