We are looking for long-term tenants who appreciate a peaceful and respectful living environment. The ideal candidates are responsible, considerate, and dedicated to keeping the home clean and well-maintained. Please note that cigarette smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The rent is $5,500 per month for up to two people, with an additional $300 per month for each additional person, up to a maximum of four occupants due to the capacity of our septic system.
