Property Id: 2276736 The condo is located on the second level of a 1902 building in the historic Cathedral Hill neighborhood. This walkable area is full of cute shops and diverse restaurants as well as provides easy access to downtown and major freeways. The building is small and quiet with just five other condos. Everyone in the building gets along great and it's like having a built in community of friends/neighbors. There is a deck & fenced in yard out back. It is a great place to relax in the summer and escape the city buzz. The condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated, so you will feel right at home from the moment you step inside. It is listed as a one bedroom but it does have TWO BONUS SPACES. It has a small spare room that currently has a piano in it but could be used as an extra storage space or a small guest space if needed. There is a queen size inflatable mattress in the closet for guests. The second bonus space is the sun room that could be used as a home office. It is also a wonderful space to get cozy and read a good book. Winter bonus...when it's snowing outside, it feels like you're in a snow-globe! All utilities are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about water, trash, electric, heat, air conditioning, or Internet. There is a Samsung TV with Firestick so that you can easily access your streaming services. There are two shared washers and dryers in the basement (free). There is a detached garage parking spot behind the building so that you don't have to worry about scraping off your car in the winter. There is also plenty of street parking out front. This is my personal residence when I am not traveling for work, so I am looking for a professional who is neat and tidy and will take good care of the place in my absence. This is the ideal space for a traveling professional looking to have a city sanctuary to rest, recover, and enjoy during their time off! Rent-to-Income Ratio: 3x Income.
