I've lived here for almost a year and can confidently say that this is a wonderful place to live. Management is great with communication and very, very helpful and nice. Maintenance is also fantastic! They're so quick to respond and respectful. The grounds are always kept in top shape and make you feel like you don't even live in a desert at all. This complex is a gem amongst El Paso apartment living. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood with a scenic area that's great for getting outdoors. I'm going to stay here for the next few years for all of these reasons. 10/10 would recommend :)

Made the movie to this wonderful apartment in January and couldn't be more satisfied. Maintenance, office people, excellent to the limit. The outside is kept clean, quiet on weekends, well all the time, haven't met an unfriendly person. My neighbors in my unit are awesome. Good location, also very pretty next to the mountain, two pools and the gym by the office is super. Hardly ever without hot water for a shower, if it happens it takes maybe 5-10 minutes then it is available. Have never seen a bug crawling, get the occasional fly that sneaks in the door and that is it. Happy person living here.
