Fantastically located single family home! This blond brick charmer has hardwood flooring and handsome stained glass windows. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The kitchen has been updated and has fresh white cabinets and granite counter tops. Appliances included with a gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a full basement and a washer and dryer are included. The yard is fenced and there is a 1 car garage. Wonderful location near Hampton, Manchester, 64/40, I-44, Forest Park and Forest Park Community College. There is an additional fee of $65 per month for sewer. Longer leases are welcome!
