The owner will provide new carpeting for both bedrooms on move-in. The owners have lived in and taken care of the unit over the last several years, and will be personally renting the property, so you can rest assured you won't be dealing with property managers. The owners are also flexible on move-in date. December, January or February preferred, but will be flexible for the right fit!
