Amazing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Oakland. Amenities included: central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, washer/dryer, and bright south-facing backyard with large wooden deck. Wonderful space for hosting! 10 minute walk to BART and 15 minute walk to multiple restaurant areas (College area and Temescal area, notably). House is on a quiet street with great neighbors. We (the owners) are moving for short period and our house will be available June - December 2026. Ideally looking for a 6 month commitment. We are in our 30s with 2 young kids. Just normal people... not serial landlords! Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Is pet friendly. $5,200/month rent w/ 1-month security deposit required.
