The neighborhood is tucked away from busy streets; it is super quiet and peaceful. There are hiking trails along Oroville Lake and it's a few yards away from the backyard. There is a gas BBQ set. When master bedroom comes available, it is rented for $1,185 including the car garage. Each furnished room with shared bathroom is $885 per month with off street parking. Deposit required. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE and NO PETS.
