The kitchen has top of the line granite with lots of character, double stainless ovens, double fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and built-in microwave. One detached garage space is included and there may be a garage available for additional rent. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This is a large double duplex in the heart of Shadyside. Our company purchased the building in 2014 and gutted it to the brick facade and renovated it from the ground up. The plumbing, wiring, insulation, heating and cooling, windows, kitchens, and baths are all new. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
