This unit is a basement apartment that doesn't feel like one once you get inside. It's 250 sq ft with a full kitchen. All basic amenities for the kitchen and bathroom are provided. This is an inner city neighborhood so there is some sound and upstairs tenants are kind and friendly. small fully fenced yard attached to unit. The unit is light and bright and the bed is memory foam/gel. It's a non smoking unit and has never been smoked in. It's entirely as pictured. It's compact at 250 Sq ft and the exterior space is about the same size as the interior space. There is a small closet in the bathroom with hooks for hanging things. There is a shared FREE washer/ dryer just outside the door of the unit. It doesn't require you going outside or hauling laundry anywhere to access. I live 7 blocks away. The neighborhood while inner city, with access to loads of fun amenities like cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops, is quiet and friendly. All of the neighbors know one another and I have met most of them in person. You can expect a small amount of noise transfer between units but it's minimal and after 10 the area is quiet so you can get a good nights sleep. It's pretty quiet during the day as well with primarily local access in and out. I feel totally comfortable walking around after dark on my own here. This is a great unit for exploring all Portland has to offer. There is free bike storage upon request if you're bringing your bicycle and if you need anything or there's something you wish the unit had I'm more than happy to accommodate requests within reason if it will make your stay more comfortable.
