Walking in from the front door you will find a living room with all new flooring and large windows looking out to the front yard. There is a dedicated dining room/3rd bedroom with sliding door to the deck and back yard. Off the kitchen you will find a space for a table as well as access to the driveway area through the side door. Down the hallway you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs you have a large family room, Office, 3/4 bath, laundry and storage room. The backyard has a two car garage and a view of the Crystal Airport. As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities and lawn care and snow removal. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
