Doors open onto the large brick-paved balcony. The kitchen supplies artful flair with rustic cabinetry including a pantry, stained glass accents, concrete countertops, and a butcher block island. Appliances include the gas stove, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher. A full bathroom is off of the entry foyer. Upstairs, the landing has a skylight and a wall of shelving - a great spot for your office or a reading nook. French doors open into the larger of the two bedrooms, which includes a skylight, the laundry room, and two clothes closets, one of which is a walk-in. The laundry room has a small utility sink, and the washer and dryer are provided. Enjoy amazing westward city and distant mountain views from the upper-level balcony, accessed from the second bedroom. A full bathroom neighbors this bedroom, and its glass block wall provides privacy and natural light. Enter at sidewalk level on Broadway St and ascend one flight to the condo’s main floor, or walk two flights from the garage level accessed on Carolina Lane. This building does not have an elevator. Ceiling fans throughout. Central air conditioning (electric) and central heat (natural gas). Water/ sewer included. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electricity and natural gas. No cosigners. One small dog, 15 lb or less, is negotiable. No smoking.
