If you're looking for a great place to live in 2015, you just found it! If I wasn't leaving Minnesota, I would NEVER consider leaving this apartment because this unit has every amenity that you could possibly want in a generously sized, loft style apartment. - South facing apartment with two large windows that gets TONS of natural light! There is no one above you and I never hear noise through the walls from neighboring apartments. For reference, I took the pictures at 11:30 AM on a day when it was cloudy and snowing. All rooms, except the closet and bathroom, were photographed with the natural light coming in from the windows. - Open concept living area with 9.5 foot ceilings throughout. They call this a one bedroom + den, and I use the additional space a dining room/desk area. - Galley kitchen has tons of storage with full size stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops on the island, pantry, double sided fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and hard wood floors. - Full size washer/dryer in unit, it's located right off the kitchen - The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed with bedside tables. It is somewhat closed off from the living area by frosted sliding glass doors but they do not extend all the way up to the ceiling. Even though there's no window in the bedroom, the light from the big windows easily streams in through the frosted glass doors. The closet area is separated by a wall and has access to the bathroom. There is also a recessed nook in the closet area that fits a tall dresser. - The bathroom is extremely generous in size and has a dual vanity with linen closet. There is a shower stall but no tub. - There is a balcony with sliding glass door access from the living room - The rental price of $1288 includes: a dedicated spot in the underground heated garage, a 5'x7' storage closet that is down the hall from the apartment and trash/water! For more information on the complex visit the Hoigaard Village website - This unit is in the Harmony Vista building. It's plan C under the One Bedroom + Den column - Location in St. Louis Park with easy access to 100 and MN 7 - lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby! - Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in this building. You have to pay an additional $30/month in pet rent. The Fine Print: - You will have to apply through the main office and sign a one year lease - Apartment is available when you are! - I will pay your deposits as incentive for getting me out of my lease early! - Contact me for a showing!
