The well-equipped kitchen includes All full-size appliances, cookware, and utensils. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, dual A/c units, baseboard heat, and supplied linens for an easy move-in experience. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with a new barbecue grill, lounge chairs, a table, and a shade tree. Step outside to private lake access and enjoy swimming, kayaking, and other water activities. The community also offers an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse amenities, including a restaurant, bar, pool, and golf pro shop. Nearby hiking trails, lakeside dining, and all the attractions of Coeur d'Alene are within easy reach. Included in your monthly fee is full access to the Lakeview private beach, the clubhouse swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, lawn games area, and children's playground. In addition, private parking and a mailbox are provided. Golf fees are not included. There are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms (one king bed and one queen) downstairs, and a single bed with a half-bath upstairs. The interior was freshly painted in 2025 with the addition of new window shades and living room and dining room furnishings. No pets, smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted. Only certified and licensed service dogs are allowed.
