Shout out to EJ (maintenance guy). This is our third year at these apartments. We decided to downsize apartments and the new one we got into needed a lot of work done to it. EJ has come through with getting our new home in order. From fixing the kitchen sink and stove to putting a lock on our sliding door. Also fixing the bathrooms and the shower head. Thank you so much…keep up the hard work you do for us and everyone else.

Update: The new management company has been great. I got everything fixed and up to date. Rachel has gone out of her way to make sure everything I got done. Jason and Edgar are great maintenance men. They complete their jobs, clean up after themselves and are very polite and courteous. The grounds are looking way better. The only thing that needs attention is the laundry room by the maintenance shed. They need new machines since they don't have the card machine anymore. The machines they do have are constantly breaking down. Thank you Lisa Ann Valdez #1704 Update from this review. I moved into a larger apartment. Had some maintenence issues. However, Edgar Jimenw worked tiresly and tried to fix everything as best he could but did not have the materials to complete everything. He was courteous, clean and very professional. ote this review about six months ago they brought in a new manager her name is Irene Garcia. She is the reason I decided to sign another lease and move into a larger apartment. When she first started here there was a lot o chaos. Bad people living here due to leasing agents renting apartments to anyone and people who had previously gotten evicted from here to just fill the apartments. We had shootings, stabbings, kids running around here till all hours of the night. Police were constantly here because of fights. We had homeless just hanging around the complex and breaking into the vacant apartments. The trash was never being picked up and nothing was getting fixed. Now that Irene Garcia has been here it's has gotten way way better. The pool is always clean, the property is free of homeless and trouble makers and she does what she says she will do. Like I said it is because of her I stayed. I heard today that she was transferred. That would be a big mistake. She has done an excellent job here turning things around. She gets things done. The maintenance and laundry room could be better. If she is transfered I will not sign another lease and if the things in my apartment do not get fixed I may not stay here at all. Keep her here and let her continue to make this an even better place to live!!! I have lived here a year now. I have had hot water maybe a total of a month. There are leaks that don't get fixed, we pay for the water. Also, the new thing now is not turning on the security lights at night so it is pitch black. You can't see who is knocking on your door or even walking up your stairs. I called code compliance to be told that they are not breaking any laws. Now we can't even sign in to our resident portal. When you let the office know about any issues. Your just told that they are working on it. But they never have materials to fix any issues. There is no handicap access anywhere and rocks all over the sidewalks. This is worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. Don't waste your time coming to view a model because the apartments don't look like the model. For the amount that is charged here we should be living in a nice, safe place, but that is far from it.
