New light fixtures, new attachments, new floors, fresh paint, large back yard, front and back porch! Shed for storage. Furnace heats downstairs, upstairs has electric baseboard heating. Don't miss this one before it's gone! No pets. No section 8. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Screening: We charge $25 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for doing the background check. We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income, job history and landlord references. If interested please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants.
