Walk-able to countless art studios in the RAD, as well as everything downtown has to offer. Right across the river from West Asheville & Haywood Rd. Easy access to all highways. Right in the middle of everything, but hidden away in what looks like an old-world village. Unfurnished, and 1 year lease preferred, but can negotiate length if needed.
