The main level is open and bright with cathedral ceilings, hard wood floors, tile floors, a gas fireplace and access to the north facing patio area. There is also a 1/2 bath, full size washer and dryer and access to the two car attached garage. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with views of open space, a full bath and a large walk in closet. There is also a loft for an office located on one side of a Jack and Jill bathroom and the 2nd bedroom on the other side. The unfinished basement offers a usable open space area. This is a Covenant Controlled Community. Located near Rothman and Kneebone open space, Lindwood Park, Lafayette Rec Center, Shopping, Highway 287 and easy access to I 25 or Boulder. Water, sewer, and trash included in the rent. Up to two pets negotiable. All lease applicants will submit a supplementary pet application through Pet Screening® that will indicate one of the following: 1) that you have pet(s); 2) that you have an ESA; or 3) verify that you have neither pets nor an ESA. This Pet Screening® application must be completed and an associated fee paid prior to our consideration of your application (there is no associated fee for no pets/ESA). Approved applicants with pet(s) pay a one-time pet processing fee of $150 prior to lease signing, advertised rent will be increased by $25/month/pet and the security deposit will increase $300.
