There is an assigned parking space and you get the use of the recreational pass which allows you to use the pools and boating on the lake during summer and the ski and snowboard hill in the winter. Four Lakes offers swimming, boating, volleyball, frisbee golf and the Basecamp features food and drinks and often live music entertainment. It is conveniently located near major highways and the Metra station in central Lisle is only a short car or bike ride away. River Bend Golf Club is next door. Jewel/Osco, Cinemax, restaurants nearby. There is an in unit washer/dryer and upgraded bath. All linens, cookware, and utensils are provided. Short or long-term lease available to qualified tenants who must have a good credit record. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Four Lakes is a high quality community and it is rare to find a lakeside condo available in rarer still to find one fully furnished and available for a flexible lease term.
