Beautifully furnished condo features a spacious screened porch overlooking a lake with lots of wildlife to watch and is nestled in a large parklike setting offering 4 lakes, 4 pools, a ski hill, frisbee golf, fishing and boating, and a restaurant which often features live music. Four Lakes Village is very unique and with summer soon coming, you can enjoy those as part of your recreational pass privileges. Access to all of these (and including free ski equipment rental and lift ticket and free use of boats and canoes) is included in the rec pass. There are six units in our section and mine is on the top floor of 3, so there is only 1 neighbor below. It features a huge (20 * 9) screened in porch overlooking a lake across from the ski hill. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished including a number of antiques, you need only bring you clothes and toothbrush. In unit washer and dryer. There are too many restaurants, shopping and entertainment options nearby to list. Water, heat, and trash included. Electricity and cable/wifi is extra and according to your use. Access in and out of downtown Chicago is very easy with a commuter rail line in nearby downtown Lisle (1 mile). Owner is IL Designated Managing Broker. Lease term is 12 months minimum as required by the condo owner's association. $450 cleaning due at move-in; $100 for recreation and parking pass. Possibly pet friendly - case by case.
