The initial lease term will be six months, until June 30, 2026, followed by one-year renewals thereafter. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,585. This zero-entry ground-floor-only townhome has concrete flooring throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with hookups available for a washer and dryer. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom.
