The house has two bedrooms with an additional covered sunroom that can be used as an office, yoga, reading room, or playroom/nursery. There is a full bath with tub/shower downstair and toilet upstairs. Comfortable for 2 adults or for a family (recommended 4 max). All utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly cleaning are included. No pets (we love them but have allergies), no smoking. Washer and dryer in unit as well as A/C units for the occasional Cambria heat wave. Just one block to West Village (.1 miles), Shamel Park (.7 miles), Moonstone Beach (.6 miles) and East Village (1.5 miles). Perfect for walking and/or biking around Cambria! Perfect for someone needing a temporary and comfortable accommodation in Cambria. Please send a message with the dates you are interested in (30+ days minimum). $625 utility allowance based on two person occupancy includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly cleaning services. Please inquire for option to include work station (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) or make baby/kid friendly (pack n' play, crib, Stokke high chair, baby bath, etc.). Deposit can be adjusted based on lease length. Background check, income verification and reference check is required prior to move-in.
