Welcome to your next home, featuring 1,400 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage. This home is located in Lincoln 16 in Lubbock ISD and not far from Texas Tech, and it has everything you’re looking for in a rental. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinets, and luxury tile that extends throughout the living areas, with the bedrooms having carpet. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy.
