This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-car garage home provides the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and desert beauty—perfect for long-term stays or seasonal escapes. As you enter, a light-filled living space draws you in with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the lake and beautiful flowers. The updated, fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area. Guest access Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find generous space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. If anything breaks or needs to be replaced, please let us know. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide all the essential details about the property, including the Access Codes and its location. Other things to note You will be greeted by a service coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room. To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the security guard at the gate. Please leave garbage cans and recycling in the garage, as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings. They will use a garage door keypad to access the garage so as not to disturb you during your stay. Garbage bins must be returned to the garage on Monday after the garage pickup. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb- otherwise, the association will fine us. Linens and towels will be provided. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry basket. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. A maximum of six people are allowed to stay at the home. The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. NOTE: (Rates will vary by month. The price listed is for the lowest month of the year.)
