The dining and living room (with wood burning fireplace) opens onto a light filled sunroom with vaulted ceilings and water views. There is a ground floor bedroom with two twin beds and full bath on this level. Gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and two full baths. The wraparound deck has been newly redone with steps leading down to the tidal dock where you can launch a kayak or other (nonmotor) watercrafts. There's off-street parking for four cars in the driveway. House has electric heat (solar panels) & oil as back up. All utilities and internet included. No cable at property. First, last, & security deposit due at signing. No smoking. No large events or parties.
