The kitchen includes a propane cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Water is included. Hawaiian Telcom fiber internet is available at the tenant's expense. This is a compact residence with very limited storage and one designated parking space. Only one registered vehicle can be accommodated. There is no exterior storage. Bicycles, surfboards, coolers, storage bins, tools, sporting equipment, and other belongings must be kept inside the yurt or in an area approved in writing by management. Exterior areas must remain clean, uncluttered, and unobstructed. Located in a quiet North Kohala neighborhood on a dead-end road. Residents must be comfortable with wind, rain, roosters, insects, and tropical indoor-outdoor living. Careful food storage, rubbish disposal, and regular cleaning are essential.
