Hi! I'm looking for a new roommate to replace my newly-engaged and soon-to-move-out current roommate. Me: I'm a low-key, fun, smart guy with a good sense of humor and a no-nonsense philosophy. I moved here from my hometown of Montreal about 4 years ago for work and it's been pretty awesome so far. In my free time I enjoy drawing, reading, crafts, dancing, training for triathlon, learning new things, etc. You: I'm looking for someone nice and respectful who has a sense of humor and can communicate like an adult (aka not through post-it notes). My downstairs neighbor has a 7-year-old son who goes to bed early, so someone who's ok being reasonably quiet in the evening is definitely a must. Other than that, the usual good sense: keep the place clean, don't smoke in the house, pay the rent on time, don't bring the party home, yadda yadda. Ideally I'd like someone who's planning to stay for a while (at least a year), but that can be negotiable.
