Say it however you want, everyone else does with all the other street names in our wonderful city anyway. *shrug* This bready beauty is an instant South City Classic that's so character-filled, you'd think you're reading a fairy-tale. Magically modern vintage kitchen- yep, read that again, it's both. Two bedrooms, one of which with a large walk-in closet, PLUS a bitchin Mint Chocolate Chip tile bathroom that just about makes ya melt. Oh and, laundry in the basement, brand new sod out back (we'll handle the lawncare, don't worry), fenced-in, patio space, and a single garage for storage [no clicker/electric]. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent). PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
