Washer and dryer are on the first floor. There are also shared half baths in the house available for you to use. Rent is $800month with a refundable security deposit. Utilities and internet are included. Renter’s insurance is required. About 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh or Durham. Grocery stores like Target, Harris Teeter, Publix, and Food Lion are nearby. There are four bedrooms in the house. I live downstairs and work night shift as a nurse, so the home stays clean and generally quiet. Roommates have different schedules and are respectful about noise and shared spaces. No pets due to allergies. Smoke-free, Vape-Free, Drug-Free home.
