This unique, spacious 4-bedroom/3-bath Craftsman offers lots of character, plenty of perks, including a bonus room with a bar, and easy access to everything Alberta District has to offer. Take the red brick stairs and front porch to enter the bright living room with hard-surface flooring and sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard. There's good separation of space between the bedrooms, with three upstairs (the primary has a jetted tub) and one on the main level. The basement boasts a bonus room with a small built-in bar. There's also a huge utility/laundry room on the lower level and a garage for extra storage and parking, along with more parking availability in the driveway. The inviting, low-maintenance, tiled backyard space has a fire pit, the perfect spot to relax, entertain, and enjoy our Pacific Northwest summers.
