Totally updated in 2021, located inside Hendersonville city limits, walking distance to downtown. This rental is intended for shorter term leases of 4-12 months, and can be extended on a month-to-month basis thereafter. High speed internet and lawn care included in rent. Stackable washer & dryer available for use. Two garages available for smaller vehicles (no SUVs) with additional off street parking available. Storage space also available in unfinished basement area. RENT & UTILITIES: $2,600/mo includes lawn care and internet. All utilities (water, sewer, elec and natural gas) are tenants' responsibility. Non-refundable pet fee of $300, maximum two pets. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on wear and impact on property.
