There are two coin/card operated laundry facilities on site for your convenience. Cats and dogs are negotiable, must provide vet records with application. We allow small dogs, anything under 25lbs, with breed restrictions. Up to two cats per apartment or one small dog. First month's rent for move in! This is a lease take over, rent is $1550/month through August 2026. Starting September 2026, the rent will be $1650/month. Photo and virtual tour may be of a similar unit.
