Easy access to I-391, 91, and the Mass Pike. Rent is $1,575 per month. Landlord covers water, sewer, waste removal, lawn mowing, and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for electricity, heat, and internet. There is one off-street parking spot. Well behaved cats are allowed for $50 per month. There are washer / dryer hook ups in the basement. The unit is not currently approved for section 8. Screening Criteria: 1) Monthly net income of 3X the rent ($4,725+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better.
