We’re looking to keep things friendly and respectful around here. Who we’re looking for: • Clean and organized folks • Other professionals who can chill during the week and have fun on weekends. • Respectful and communicative • Students are welcome The Deets: This spot is just a quick walk to Royal Oak SkyTrain, Metrotown mall, London Drugs, Bonsor Community Centre & Pool, and a bunch of cool eateries and cafes. 33min to SFU and 45min to UBC by sky train. Oh, and it has a Walk Score of 92. • Tons of living and bedroom space • Corner unit with sunlight for days from the south and east • Big balcony (nearly 125 sqft) with some sweet mountain views •Parking spot right near the elevator • Kitchen’s got plenty of counter space and all stainless steel stuff • A storage locker • Two full bathrooms. You’ll be sharing one (with a tub) with the another girl! • Tall ceilings (9-foot!) •Washer and dryer right in the unit The Nitty-Gritty: • 6 month minimum lease • Security deposit is half a month’s rent • small move in fee if you're getting your own furniture. • We’ll need to check your credit and reference If this feels like your vibe, or if you know someone who’d fit in, send us a note!
