Who we’re looking for: • Clean and organized folks • Other professionals who can chill during the week and have fun on weekends. • Respectful and communicative • Students are welcome The Deets: This spot is just a quick walk to Royal Oak SkyTrain, Metrotown mall, London Drugs, Bonsor Community Centre & Pool, and a bunch of cool eateries and cafes. 33min to SFU and 45min to UBC by sky train. Oh, and it has a Walk Score of 92. • Tons of living and bedroom space • Corner unit with sunlight for days from the south and east • Big balcony (nearly 125 sqft) with some sweet mountain views •Parking spot right near the elevator • Kitchen’s got plenty of counter space and all stainless steel stuff • A storage locker • Two full bathrooms.
