This adorable yet spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ranch-style home is available now! Coming in through the front door, you are greeted by a large living room with lots of natural light coming in through the large windows. Through the living room is an old-fashioned eat-in kitchen that features the original countertops and cabinetry (oven/stove and fridge are included). The washer and dryer are also included in your separate laundry space with direct access to the fenced-in side yard. Both equally sized bedrooms are carpeted and also have lots of natural light but have different layouts. A bright bathroom separates the two bedrooms at the end of the hallway off of the living room. Pets are welcome in this home with a $300 non-refundable pet fee (total) and monthly pet rent (per pet). All utilities (gas, electricity, water/sewer, lawn care, cable/internet) will be the tenant's responsibility. This is NOT a Section 8 approved property. Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home and/or contributing rent will need to submit a separate $50 application.
