If plumbing issues should be caused by renter, renter is responsible for cost. Example- clogged toilet due to forign object (toys or other things that should not be fushed, spent cooking grease into plumbing feminine hygine products). Damage caused by tenent besides normal wear and tear. Property must be surrendered back to owner in the conditon recieved (check list will be provided at lease signing with walk thru of property). Non-Smoking property One small pet allowed (under 20lds) for additional $350 non-refundable fee. $50 additional monthly fee for pet. Walk thru inspection of the property will be done by landlord every 3 months. Income, work and credit history and referece verification required. First month $1500 and Deposit $1500 and pet deposit if applicable will be required at time of lease signing. 1 year lease available.
