We would like to offer our guest suite to a single person. Our home is an historic house in picturesque Harvard, a half mile from the center of town. We (the owners) are retired, quiet, occupying another large suite in the house. We like an easy arrangement that gives independence and privacy, while sharing the entryway, stairwell, basement laundry, and outdoor areas. The suite is fully furnished with bedroom, living area with basic kitchenette, large bathroom with shower- and hallway with 3 large storage closets. The rooms have spectacular views of a pond and conservation area, orchard, forest. The house is in a park-like setting. Rent of 1300 is paid monthly and includes utilities. Please note that a person who likes to cook would probably be frustrated by the lack of a proper kitchen, but for a person that does not cook much at home, I think the setup would be OK.

House is on 3 acres, with direct access to adjacent conservation land, and use of Bare Hill Pond. Partial snow clearing is included. Tenant would be responsible for clearing own stairs and deck and occasionally share clearing of walkway. During heavy snows, we cannot guarantee early clearing of driveway, so flexible work hours would be ideal. The apartment has large picture windows with incredible views and sunlight, a rear porch and private deck, parking areas, own washer and shared dryer in basement with easy access, spacious storage areas. Note that the bathroom is very small. Rental includes use of the backyard lawns, cabin, and basketball half-court. The apartment is a half mile to the Harvard General Store, Bare Hill Pond, the Harvard Town Library. References and good credit, please. Cats and small quiet dogs are okay. Please contact ****.
