Flexible move-in date starting January 1st 2022 through to February 2022. Looking for minimum 1 year lease and flexible to renew after that for another year or month-to-month. Beautiful quiet neighbourhood, very centrally located. This is a perfect spot for anyone who wants to be near it all but without the bustle and still private. Bus stop behind the building to go to Metrotown mall/skytrain, or towards SFU. Takes 30 minutes including the bus to get to downtown Vancouver or to Surrey Central. You can also easily walk to Royal Oak or Metrotown skytrain, about 15 min. or so. Brentwood is about 10 minutes away. Deer Lake Park is only 7 min walk - there are 2 neighbouring kids' playgrounds, and Deer Lake is dog-friendly. 20-25 min drive to downtown Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Surrey and Richmond. Very convenient. Unit is 2 bedroom and 1 bath with a in-suite walk-in laundry and storage, lots of space. Master bedroom is spacious - big enough to fit a king size bed and dressers comfortably. Smaller bedroom is sizeable, and has had a queen bed with a dresser previously, but would fit even more comfortably a double/full with dressers or a small desk. The patio is covered and sizeable, and the BBQ will be left (and patio furniture if possible) for your use - we will have the BBQ cleaned and serviced Spring time before use. Internet is included (Shaw 300). The unit may be able to be partially furnished, depending on what is needed. ANY questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
