The porch is gated for privacy and has room for a nice swing chair or patio table for morning coffee. As you enter the home, all the bedrooms are to the right of the home. The first room to the right is the den with tons of storage and a built in desk ready for use. The master bedroom is large and has its own door to the back porch for privacy. The master bathroom has a large garden tub with double sinks and separate toilet. The master bedroom also has a very large, very spacious walk in closet with storage and shelves. Opposite of the bedrooms is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has natural ceiling skylights with shades and the dining room has its own security sliding glass door and is also where the garage door is located. The living room has a large beehive fireplace and an area for a bar inset in the corner. The dining room has large, tall ceilings with a long chandelier that provides a proper dining area. The backyard has lots of covered patio space and tons of yard for entertaining and enjoying the mountain views. This home will be available for immediate occupancy. The rental rate is $2,700 per month and the security deposit is $2,800, plus a $150 pet deposit per approved pets. 2 pets ok. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verifications. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1. The applicants household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate.
