Welcome to Grande Oaks Preserve! A rarely rented HOA, with gated access, lush landscaping, heated pool, 2 heated spas, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, clubhouse, and very near UTC Mall. Once inside, the building has secure access as well, even to the ground floor garage (with a remote), which you will have 2 dedicated parking spots. Plenty of exterior unassigned parking for your guests as well. Take the elevator up one floor and turn right to go to this end unit (lots of windows). The building is built with cement walls, ceilings and floors, so there will be no noise issues at all from neighboring units. Once inside, you are greeted with tile floors that you have the option to go left to the very spacious main living room, straight to the kitchen, or to the guest bedrooms to the right. The spacious kitchen has all the fixings you'd expect in a quality condo (granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, hardwood cabinets, lots of space, breakfast bar, etc.). The main living area is very spacious, enough space for the largest of sectional couches, and comes with a small bar with mini-fridge. This room connects to a large sunroom-style lanai and the master bedroom. The sunroom-style lanai has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors throughout, and screens behind them, so you have the options to keep them closed for air conditioned space, or open them for a natural breeze. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling, a very spacious walk-in closet, an extra closet, spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. This is a split-style layout, so the other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the other side of the condo. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the other has a tub / shower combo.
