We just moved here and it it feels like living in the paradise . The staff is very professional . Amenities are great . Beautiful apartment with water view from all windows . Very vibrant area . Nice people around . Close to everything .

First of all let me start off by saying how much we love Tanya in the leasing office. To say she is one of the best Property Managers is an understatement. We moved here from out of Town and my mother in law is the one who lives here now. She was starting a new job and we rushed down to get her into her new apartment somewhere else. Something happened there that we had to evacuate the old complex immediately. My mother in law was at work starting her new job and was in orientation when this all happened. I called every apartment around no one could help us get in. I took my chances and decided to stop in at the The Row. Immediately as we walked in we were greeted by Tanya. I explained to her our situation and that my mother in law was at work and I needed to find her a place asap. I was like she would love a water view but at this point anything is good we need to get her a place to live. Tanya said we aren’t getting her anything less than what she deserves and wants. She had maintenance checking any available apartments making sure they were up to par and ready for immediate move in. She got us right in she made the experience so comfortable and my mother in law absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing, maintenance is on point , the apartments are bright and inviting and you are literally in the center of waterside place! We love walking over to the farmers market every Sunday. I can’t wait until my current lease is up so we can get in here ASAP! Thank you Tanya for everything you have done for us you turned a horrible situation into the best situation ❤️ -Denise Jen and Jake

The Row at Waterside Place is upscale with a fresh vibe. The maintenance crew is very responsive and efficient. They even hung an oversized art print for me when they came in for a scheduled guest bath repair. The Row crew goes above and beyond! Thank you! 🙏

The entire staff was very nice and helpful upon moving in . Tara Rae Jarvis and David were great! The amenities and access to the waterside town make this the perfect combination. Very happy to live here .

I absolutely loved my time living at The Row! Brand-new, great location for walking, and state-of-art amenities. The staff was always very helpful, especially Julie. She made the move out process so easy and was very kind to me. I would recommend anyone looking to rent in the area live here!

The Row Waterside Condos are in a great location and were quite disappointing BUT for Julie Nichols. Julie was the person we would go to when we had problems. She was the most responsive, friendly, enthusiastic person that we have dealt with in a long time. We were only going to stay for one term but after having Julie mitigate any problem that we had, we decided to renew our lease for a second term. I hope The Row realizes what an asset they have in Julie. She was clear, honest, respectful and allowed my family and I to have a special time in all of our dynamic lives. Talk to any of the townhouse dwellers and all, without exception, will say that Julie is the one that makes living at The Row so special. We were blessed to have such a special person in our lives.
