Our company purchased this townhouse in 2011 and completely gutted it from the ground up. The plumbing, electric, HVAC, insulation and flooring were new in 2012. The kitchen and bathroom were totally gutted and re-done in 2012 as well. It features hardwood floors, a ceramic kitchen with oak cabinets and a ceramic tile in the bathroom. It has a high-efficiency gas furnace and central air as well as Argon double pane windows. There is a small patio area in the back. There is a basement with laundry and storage . The rent is lower than that of most of our similar homes in the area because the bathroom is located on the first floor, away from the bedrooms. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. Our company bought this property in 2011 and thoroughly renovated it. Located in Upper Lawrenceville, it is approximately 3 miles from downtown. This property is within walking distance to a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops on Butler Street. This property does not have off-street parking, but it is typically not difficult to park on street. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses (for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
